Pedestrian Killed On Halloween, Along Route 46 In Wayne: Report
A person was struck and killed just after 11 p.m. on Thursday near the interchange for Routes 23 and 46 in Wayne Township, reports said.
WAYNE, NJ — Officials are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed along Route 46 in Wayne on Halloween night, according to reports.
First responders arrived near the junction of U.S. 46 and State Route 23 shortly after 11 p.m. to find some, as TAPinto Wayne reported. Paramedics pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene, the report said.
Officials have not yet identified the victim, and did not say if the driver will face any charges. Route 46 reopened at around 8:30 a.m. Friday.
