Shoplifter Threatens Security Guards with Pepper Spray, Police Say
The suspect tried to steal from Kohl's in Wayne, threatened security when they followed him to the parking lot.

A shoplifting suspect threatened security guards with pepper spray at a Wayne department store on Wednesday.
According to police, the man took a DVD and a vacuum cleaner from Kohl’s in a cart. He covered them with a pillow and went into the parking lot without paying for them.
Police say he pulled a canister of pepper spray on security guards and threatened to spray them. He left the stolen items in the parking lot and drove away in a Toyota Camry.
