Michael L. Bubba

- Years in town: Over 20 years in two stints - I moved back because it is home
- Occupation: Network Operations Center Technician
- Public offices held: Wayne Board of Education
- Family: Married 22 years, no kids
- Community activities: Assistant Treasurer for Wayne Fire Company 3
- Why are you running: I always wanted to give back to the schools that I benefited from. It's important to give back and there is no better way to do that.
Suzanne Pudup
- Age: 65+
- How many years have you resided in town: 37 years
- Occupation: Retired Teacher/Media Specialist
- Previous public offices held: Wayne Board of Education
- Family: Married to husband, Dave, for 45 years, with two grown sons, Michael and Edward, both graduates of Wayne Valley High School
- Community activities: School board, as well as past involvement with Boy Scouts, PAL and the Boys & Girls Club
- Why are you running: I am running for my second three-year term for the same reason that I ran the last time: volunteering to make a difference and give back to the educational community that gave me a wonderful opportunity for 18 years. Contrary to recent press, our school district has been running very well. One of the terrific accomplishments during my first term has been supporting our plan to make full day Kindergarten a reality. Progress has been a hallmark of this district since we moved here over three decades ago. The key reason that we moved to Wayne, when my husband's employer transferred us to New Jersey, was for the excellent schools. The very same reason that the families of our school age children move into and stay in Wayne today. Having a hand in preparing all of our students for their best and brightest futures along side parents, teachers, and administrators, is a challenging and sacred trust. I would like to continue contributing by serving on the Wayne Board of Education for another term.
