• Raccoon Tests Positive for Rabies in Hightstown, Public Urged to Report Any Interaction (tapinto.net) — West Windsor’s Department of Human Services and Health Department are urging anyone who may have encountered an aggressive raccoon near the Hightstown Library on December 11 to contact them immediately, as the animal tested positive for rabies. Residents are advised to watch pets, report strange wildlife behavior, wash any possible exposure sites, and seek prompt medical and health-department guidance.
   

• NJ AI Hub launches accelerator powered by Plug and Play (njbiz.com) — A major new AI Accelerator program is coming to the New Jersey AI Hub based in West Windsor, aiming to connect local startups and university entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and global partners. Powered by Plug and Play and backed by Princeton, Microsoft, CoreWeave, and the state, the initiative is designed to help turn cutting-edge AI ideas into real-world companies and jobs.
   

• Tenafly tri-op defeats West Windor-Plainsboro - Boys ice hockey recap (nj.com subscription) — West Windsor-Plainsboro South’s hockey team fell 12–4 to the Tenafly-Cresskill-Leonia tri-op in Englewood, despite goals from Logan Blair, Louis Barrandon, and Ayan Patel. The game saw Tenafly surge ahead early behind a seven-point night from Troy Knause, while West Windsor-Plainsboro players still logged multiple goals and experience against strong competition.
