Save the Farm - 150-year family farm in Cranbury

Cranbury threating to use eminent domain to seize 150 year-old family farm, in order to meet state-mandated affordable housing quotas.

The township of Cranbury is threatening to use eminent domain to seize an active working farm that has been in the same family for 150 years in order to meet state-mandated affordable housing quotas. Furthermore, the plot of land is an area removed from the rest of the town and surrounded by warehouses, a highway, and a cannabis dispensary - a very bad location to build any sort of housing, affordable or otherwise. Local residents have formed a grass-roots effort to stop this madness.
