West Windsor celebrates 24th Annual Memorial Day Parade

Thanks to all individuals and groups who turned out for West Windsor’s 24th annual Memorial Day parade.

Memorial Day is to express our gratitude and honor brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service of our nation. It’s a reminder of their courage, dedication and selflessness of those who laid down their lives to preserve the freedoms we hold dear.

May we honor them not just in words but in our actions, not just one day a year but every day of the year. Let’s honor them by supporting one another, working toward unity and by building our community. May be strive to build a future worthy of their sacrifice.

Let us carry forward the spirit of remembrance, gratitude and patriotism, today and always. Once again thank you for joining us today.

At the end of ceremony Joy Holman added another star to the American Legion Centennial Memorial to honor her dad Wesley Holman.
