Route 45 Reopens After Crash Downs Pole In South Jersey
The shoulder will remain closed during the evening rush hour for electrical repairs, officials said.

Update, 3:20 p.m. Thursday: Route 45 has reopened. But the southbound right shoulder will remain closed until 6 p.m. Thursday for electrical repairs, according to the NJ Department of Transportation.
The pole came down during a crash Thursday morning on Route 45 (Bridgeton Pike).
MANTUA, NJ — A utility pole came down by Route 45, leaving the highway closed Thursday morning in Gloucester County, officials said.

Both sides the highway are closed as of 9 a.m. Thursday in the area south of Route 632 (Berkeley Road) in Mantua, according to the NJ Department of Transportation. Detours have been posted in both directions.
The pole has been down since at least 4:30 a.m. Thursday, according to NJDOT. Information on the incident that brought it down wasn't immediately available.
