Eagles, Phillies Coming To South Jersey Mall To Meet Fans

DEPTFORD, NJ — With the NFL season and the Hunt for Red October approaching, members of the Eagles and Phillies will meet fans at Deptford Mall.

The mall is holding two events in the coming weeks featuring Philadelphia pro athletes:

• Aug. 31's "Football Fest" featuring the Eagles' Brandon Graham, Quinyon Mitchell and Jeremiah Trotter Jr.
• A public signing from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Sept. 12 with the Phillies' Nick Castellanos, Orion Kerkering and Weston Wilson.

Deptford Mall is hosting the events in collaboration with Overtime Promotions, a company that's brought athletes and public figures to the mall.

Football Fest is the mall's annual outdoor celebration, featuring live entertainment and family fun to ring in the beginning of football season. The event is free, but tickets must be purchased for autographs and photo-ops with Eagles athletes.

Football Fest runs from 1-5 p.m. Aug. 31, with the Eagles appearing from 2-4 p.m.

Two weeks later, members of the Phillies will sign items and take photos with fans.
