Jackpot-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In South Jersey

A ticket from a South Jersey convenience store was a lottery winner.

SEWELL, NJ — Check your numbers! Someone who purchased a lottery ticket in South Jersey recently hit the jackpot.

A Jersey Cash 5 ticket from Sewell secured the $631,783 jackpot in Saturday's drawing. The ticket, which matched all five white balls, came from the Country Farms convenience store (283 Egg Harbor Rd.).

The winning numbers were 02, 21, 23, 25, and 39. The Bullseye was 23, and the XTRA was 02.

Country Farms will receive $2,000 for selling the winning ticket.

South Jersey had some good lottery luck last week with a $1 million Powerball ticket in Sicklerville and a $500,000 winner in the Lion's Share scratch-off game from Wawa at 464 Creek Rd., Bellmawr.
