Man Flashed Gun In Deptford Road Rage Incident: Police
He brandished a handgun during the altercation on the highway, authorities said.
DEPTFORD, NJ — A man was arrested Monday after authorities say he took out a gun during a fit of road rage in Deptford.
State troopers responded to a reported road rage incident Monday on Route 42. The victim told police that a Chrysler 300 driver brandished a handgun at them on the highway.
Police found the vehicle on Route 42 and pulled it over. They identified the driver as Khalif Kemp, 33, of Blackwood.

Kemp was charged with several weapons offenses and terroristic threats.
He was jailed in the Camden County Correctional Facility, but he was released from custody after a pretrial-detention hearing on Thursday.

Online court records did not list an attorney for Kemp on Friday.
