Mantua Man Wanted in Gloucester County on Warrant
David Finlaw failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on a cocaine-possession charge, authorities said.

Finlaw is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on his back, chest, and left and right arms.Â
On Dec. 24, 2011, a Deptford police officer on patrol in the vicinity of Peach Street saw an occupied vehicle parked improperly near a business that had been repeatedly burglarized in recent months. Â

The officer questioned the female driver and Finlaw, a passenger in the vehicle. The two gave conflicting accounts of their relationship and their travels, authorities said. Finlaw was wanted on a warrant and was arrested. As he left the vehicle, the officer observed three baggies containing suspected cocaine on the passenger seat.
A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Finlaw on Sept. 19, 2012 on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
