The officer questioned the female driver and Finlaw, a passenger in the vehicle. The two gave conflicting accounts of their relationship and their travels, authorities said. Finlaw was wanted on a warrant and was arrested. As he left the vehicle, the officer observed three baggies containing suspected cocaine on the passenger seat.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Finlaw on Sept. 19, 2012 on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
