NJ Teacher Uploaded Child Porn, Took Pics Of Minor: Prosecutor

A NJ teacher has been charged with possession of child porn after police found that he "inappropriately" photographed a minor.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY - A New Jersey teacher has been charged with possession of child pornography after investigators found that the educator had inappropriately photographed a minor without her knowledge, authorities said.

Nicholas Brozina, 44, of Stow Creek, a teacher with the Salem County Special Services School District, was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child - photographing/filming a child and invasion of privacy, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said.

The minor female isn’t a student in the Salem County Special Services School District, the prosecutor’s office added.

Following a cyber tip referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the upload of suspected child pornography, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit conducted a three-week investigation that culminated in Brozina’s arrest, authorities said.

Brozina was in possession of other images of alleged child porngraphy, authorities added. He was lodged in Cumberland County Jail following arrest.
