Search On For Shooter Who Injured 2 Women In South Jersey Parking Lot: Police

WESTVILLE, NJ — Police are seeking a shooter who they say injured two women Friday night in the parking lot of a Gloucester County apartment complex.
The victims were shot just before 11:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the complex at 712 Broadway in Westville, police said. One woman was shot in the abdomen, while the other had a graze wound.
Both were brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The suspected shooter fled the scene before officers arrived, authorities said. Multiple law-enforcement agencies conducted an "extensive" search but couldn't find the suspect that night, according to Westville police.

No arrests have been announced as of Monday morning, and it's unclear whether police know the suspect's identity.
