The vehicle left the gas station and got onto Hessian Road, authorities said. A West Deptford officer activated the emergency lights on their marked police car and tried to pull them over, according to law enforcement.
Shortly after, the white vehicle crossed onto the other side of the roadway and struck another vehicle near Red Bank Avenue, authorities said. Officers identified Hall as the driver of the white vehicle.
The driver of the other vehicle died in the crash, and their rear-seat passenger fractured their leg, authorities said. Hall also sustained serious injuries, and his front-seat passenger suffered a dislocated hip, prosecutors said.
The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office filed the charges against Hall and is leading the ongoing criminal investigation.
Attorney information for Hall wasn't immediately available in online court records.
