AddamsFest Honors Neighborhood Decorators
First, second, and third place finishers with the most votes were awarded prizes at the end of the festival.

WESTFIELD, NJ — The Westfield community joined together again this year to fill the streets with creative, spooky fun with the beloved AddamsFest "Haunt Your House" competition.
Guests at the month-long festival chose their favorite entries by online vote from neighborhood homes that entered in either the "Haunts By Day" or "Haunts By Night" categories. Using an online map, residents were able to walk the streets from Oct. 12 through Oct. 30 and see the displays.
First, second, and third place finishers with the most votes were awarded prizes at the end of the festival.

The eighth-annual honor to Westfield's own Charles Addams, the prominent cartoonist and creator of The Addams Family, took on a Femme Fatale theme for its town-wide takeover throughout the month. Many of the events this year were a tribute to the character of Morticia Addams, known for spreading allure, mystery, and beauty with her presence.
