Imagine Partners with Heritage Cares Foundation for 3rd Annual Heritage Cares Golf Classic

Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss is proud to once again partner with the Heritage Cares Foundation for the 3rd Annual Heritage Cares Golf Classic on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Shackamaxon Country Club in Scotch Plains, NJ.

The day will begin at 11:00 AM with registration and lunch, followed by an afternoon of golf on Shackamaxon's renowned course. The event will conclude with a dinner reception, raffle, and silent auction, offering participants a chance to celebrate, connect, and give back.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic will benefit both Imagine—a nonprofit organization providing free grief support for children, young adults, and families—as well as the Heritage Cares Foundation, which offers financial assistance to company employees who are suffering hardships due to extraordinary events and personal matters.

“We are thrilled to continue this partnership with the Heritage Cares Foundation and grateful for the collaboration with the Shackamaxon staff and leadership,” said Lindsay Schambach, Executive Director at Imagine. “The Golf Classic is not only a fun and meaningful day in the community, but it benefits two great causes, caring for families in crisis and ensuring Imagine can continue to provide critical grief support services at no cost to families, for as long as they need us!”
