Lindabury Welcomes New Associate Meghan Lawlor

The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., is pleased to announce that Meghan Lawlor, Esq., has joined the firm as an associate in its Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group, based in the Westfield office.

Meghan advises clients on all aspects of estate planning and estate administration. She also represents clients in probate litigation, including fiduciary litigation and guardianship proceedings. Additionally, she advocates on behalf of clients in matters involving New Jersey Inheritance Tax Returns and related filings.

Prior to joining Lindabury, Meghan clerked for the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergan Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts.

Meghan earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Women's Rights Law Reporter. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College.
