Tell us about your star student's accomplishments and why they deserve to be recognized on Patch!

Douglas stands out not only for his extraordinary academics but also because of the great amount of involvement he has in different parts of his community. At school, he takes numerous APs and has achieved perfect scores on the SAT and ACT but also leads several clubs, like Robotics, Math League, and Student Council, and has directly contributed to their success.

As a track athlete, he mentors other athletes on technique and racing and has been varsity for indoor and outdoor track every year. He also has been swimming since he was 5 years old and now competes at a national level. He started an organization to increase music technology education and bestows his knowledge upon others through tutoring other kids for free and working as a counselor. Douglas is a leader in every sense and his hard work should be recognized.
