'Stranger Things' Star, Summit Local Sadie Sink To Appear In Next Spider-Man Film: Report

The famous redhead from Summit is rumored to join Tom Holland in the "Spiderman" sequel.

SUMMIT, NJ — Netflix's "Stranger Things" star and Summit resident Sadie Sink is rumored to be cast in the next "Spiderman" movie, according to Deadline.

Sources told Deadline that Sink will join Tom Holland - who will return to play Peter Parker - in the sequel from Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios.

Holland was first cast as Peter Parker in the 2017 release of "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

Sink's father, Casey Sink, is a math teacher and coach at Summit High School. The family also resides in Summit.

The fifth and final season of Stranger Things is expected to be released later this year.

"In the fall of 1987, one last adventure begins. Stranger Things 5 coming 2025," according to Netflix.
