Union Co. Chef Competing On FOX's Hell's Kitchen With Gordon Ramsay
Joe Tartamella, the executive chef at Felina in Summit, is competing on Gordon Ramsay's show for a $250,000 prize.

UNION COUNTY, NJ — Union County chef Joe Tartamella is among the contestants competing on FOX's season 23 of Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay.
"This is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. I didn't think it was going to be this hard. I really didn't," said Tartamella in a teaser for the new season (watch below).
Tartamella is the executive chef at Felina in Summit. The restaurant has been airing each episode for patrons to cheer on Tartamella.

Tartamella was also previously executive chef for Harvest Restaurant Group, working in the company's Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery in Berkeley Heights, Tabor Road Tavern in Morris Plains and Roots Steakhouse in Ridgewood, according to northjersey.com.
This season of Hell's Kitchen is dubbed "Head Chefs Only" and only features 18 executive chefs competing to win to become head chef at Ramsay's Foxwoods Resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut and also receive a $250,000 prize.
The season kicked off on Sept. 26 and continues to air weekly on Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on FOX. Catch Tartamella on episode 3 on Oct. 10.
