The Westwood Council is scheduled to vote on the borough's annual budget during their meeting Tuesday. Officials introduced the $16.8 million budget last month. The Council's public session starts at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Complex.

The Washington Township Zoning Board is scheduled to continue hearing an application for a proposed CVS on the corner of Pascack Road and Washington Avenue during their meeting Tuesday. Signage expert Robert Oelenschlager testified at the previous hearing, and he is expected to speak about revisions to his plans. A hearing scheduled for last month was canceled after the Department of Environmental Protection found the property's owner had violated the state's Flood Hazard Area Control Act by building a retaining wall within 300 feet of the stream behind the site. The Washington Township Zoning Board meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Complex.
