Drivers Lining Up For Gas in Westwood, Hillsdale
Heavy winds are expected from the snowstorm hitting the Pascack Valley.

Some Pascack Valley residents were lining up at local gas stations Friday morning, as a snowstorm began dropping snow in the area.
The National Weather Service has predicted heavy winds, with gusts reaching between 30 and 50 miles 50 hour, could knock down tree limbs and cause power outages as part of the storm.
Lines in Westwood and Hillsdale Friday morning were not as long as in the days following Hurricane Sandy last year, but drivers were still lined up down the block to Washington Avenue waiting for the Express Gas in Westwood.

At the Gulf in Hillsdale, employees had set up cones to direct drivers through one line. There were lines of customers waiting three or more deep throughout most of the morning.
The line at Petro Two on Broadway in Westwood was too long for at least one driver, who decided to cut in front of customer who left some space between her and the next car ahead in line.Â
