Team Baker Gallery Closes

Team Baker Gallery, the store which offered a wide variety of unique sports, music and other collectable memorabilia, closed its Westwood storefront.

The company will continue operating online and via their office, but decided not to keep the retail space after the holiday season ended, an employee said. 

Owner Mitch Baker previously told Patch they had wanted to open the store in Westwood because of the borough's upscale reputation.

"You need to do this in a town where familes go," Baker said.

Team Baker may open another store for the holiday shopping season next year, but their location will depend on what space is available, an employee said.
