Tuesday, the Westwood Council is scheduled to vote on an ordinance appropriating $300,000 for a revaluation. The Bergen County Board of Taxation is requiring the borough to have the revaluation done because it has been years since the last one and the economy has shifted in the time since then, Mayor John Birkner previously said. The Westwood Council's public session will start at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Complex.

The Hillsdale Council is also scheduled to meet Tuesday night. Officials are scheduled to discuss the borough's sign ordinance, which they have discussed making possible changes to because of the difficulty of enforcing it. The Hillsdale Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Building.
