WESTWOOD, NJ — A borough gas station attendant was charged with criminal sexual contact and solicited sex by offering to pay the victim money, police said.Ravi Kumel was working at a gas station on Irvington Street Sunday when he "forcibly and inappropriately touched a 30-year-old victim," said Chief Michael Pontillo.An investigation revealed that Kumel also solicited sex by offering to pay the victim money, Pontillo said.
