New Brunswick Man Charged with Kidnapping, Assault
Carlos Ocon, 61, allegedly kidnapped, threatened, and sexually assaulted a six-year-old in a city park.
A New Brunswick man has been charged with assaulting a six-year-old at Boyd Park on July 25.
Carlos Ocon, 61, allegedly approached the girl outside a store on Remsen Avenue and brought her to the park. He sexually assaulted the girl and threatened her before bringing her back to Remsen Avenue.
Ocon faces kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child, and terroristic threats. He also faces two counts of aggravated assault.
