Perth Amboy Man Charged With Possession Of Child Porn, Lewdness

PERTH AMBOY, NJ — A 19-year-old Perth Amboy man has been arrested and charged for possessing child pornography and public lewdness, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Perth Amboy Police Chief Lawrence Cattano said.

Osbourne Daubon, 19, was arrested on July 10, without incident and charged with one count of third-degree possession of child pornography and one count of fourth-degree lewdness.

After receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), via the New Jersey State Police, an investigation was conducted by Detective Kayla Hueston of the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. This led to charges for Daubon.

Daubon’s cellphone was seized, and forensically examined where further evidence was recovered, including images of child pornography and numerous videos of Daubon on the streets of Perth Amboy exposing himself to juveniles and adult women.

On July 11, Daubon was subsequently charged with two counts of second-degree Sexual Assault, two counts of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Engaging in Sexual Conduct, two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact, and one count of fourth-degree Lewdness.
