Woodbridge Twp. Hiring For Volunteer Auxiliary Police Officers
Auxiliary officers serve in a volunteer capacity in support of Woodbridge Police with traffic control, crowd control and event security.
WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Would you like to volunteer your time as an auxiliary Woodbridge Police officer?
The Woodbridge Township Police Department (WPD) announced openings for qualified individuals to serve as Auxiliary Police Officers. Auxiliary Officers, assigned to the Office of Emergency Management, serve in a volunteer capacity in support of Woodbridge Police operations for traffic control, crowd control and event security.
All eligible men and women are encouraged to apply.

· Must be a U.S. citizen and resident of Woodbridge Township
· Must be 18 Years-of-Age or older and have a High School diploma or G.E.D.
· Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s License
· Must pass a background check and be in good physical condition
· Must attend and graduate from the Middlesex County Auxiliary Police Training Academy.
