Bergen County Executive Dennis McNerney and the Board of Chosen Freeholders will join an estimated crowd of 2,000 people at the annual Senior Citizens Picnic from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 14 at Van Saun Park, Picnic Area B, Paramus.
The rain date is Sept. 21.
The event will include exhibits from organizations as well as government agencies pertinent to older adult and caregivers. Lunch will be provided. Music, entertainment, a farmers' market and craft fair are also scheduled.
