Franklin Lakes Police Blotter

The following is a police blotter from Franklin Lakes Detective Lieutenant John Bakelaar:

12/6/14 – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Lake Road at 12:23 p.m., Daniel Burnett, 32, of Wyckoff, was arrested and charged with DWI, disorderly conduct, breath test refusal, reckless driving and DWI operation in a school zone.

12/9/14 – A Tanglewood Court resident reported that during the night, his unlocked vehicle was entered and a number of items, totaling approximately $160 were stolen.

12/18/14 – A Franklin Lakes resident reported that between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., her 2014 Mercedes Benz was stolen from her son’s residence on Algonquin Rd. The vehicle was parked in the driveway. The case has been forwarded to the Detective Bureau.
