Letter to the Editor: Write In Rousseau for Board

To the Editor:

I am pleased to endorse Tom Rousseau as a write-in candidate for the Wyckoff Board of Education on April 20, and I urge all Wyckoff citizens who care about education and fiscal responsibility to do the same. 

I served on the board with Tom during the 1980s, and he brought a depth and breadth of knowledge in both education and business to all board matters. Tom served on, and contributed to, many committees of the board.

He was knowledgeable in forming policies that helped keep the district focused during a time when Wyckoff needed it most. He is willing and able to give of his time and expertise to help guide Wyckoff in these difficult economic times, and we are fortunate to have him step forward.

He is an approachable person and really listens to citizens' concerns, but he is not a "yes" man. Please join me in giving Tom Rousseau your write-in vote on April 20.
