Nickelodeon Star From Wyckoff To Launch New Book Locally

WYCKOFF, NJ — Danny Tamberelli, who starred in "The Adventures of Pete & Pete" and "All That," will launch his next project later this month in Wyckoff, where he grew up and attended high school.

Danny and wife Kate Detweiler will celebrate the publication of their second romance novel, the time traveling nostalgic book "The Road Trip Rewind."

The event is free to attend, but attendees need to register to reserve a seat.

Here is the book's description: "Up-and-coming screenwriter Beatrix Noel's dream project is finally a reality—her '90s-era script is in production. Less dreamy is the A-list actor in the starring role—none other than Rocco Riziero, who jilted Beatrix on New Year's Eve back in 1999."

But when the pair meet again, start bickering, and end up in a car crash, they're transported back to 1999.

Tamberelli graduated from Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes.
