Opioid Epidemic Subject Of Wyckoff Y Discussion Thursday

The program is for parents, teachers, nurses, and anyone who works with children. The panel will talk about the opioid crisis in Bergen Co.

WYCKOFF, NJ — A special panel discussion will be held at the Wyckoff YMCA Thursday.

The Front Line In The Opioid Epidemic discussion is from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.

The panel will address the current North Jersey opioid crisis, prevention practices, treatment, and what is being done to curb opioid use and addiction.

Several medical experts, including Robert Garrett, CEO of Hackensack Meridian Health, Gurbir Grewal, New Jersey attorney general, and Rep. Josh Gottheimer, who represents New Jersey's fifth congressional district, will serve on the panel.

A question and answer time will follow the discussion.
