WYCKOFF, NJ — Who will be elected as the newest candidate to represent Wyckoff on the regional Ramapo-Indian Hills school board? The race was close on Tuesday night.

Marianna Emmolo and John P. Kinney Jr. faced off for the spot.

Wyckoff has its own K-8 school board, but also sends students to both Ramapo and Indian Hills high schools. The two open spots on the K-8 school board are uncontested this year.

The regional school board has representatives from Wyckoff, Oakland, and Franklin Lakes. Wyckoff residents can vote only on Wyckoff representatives.

As of 11 p.m., here were the unofficial numbers.

With mail-in ballots sent as late as 8 p.m. Tuesday, more numbers will come in later this week. To get updates, see the Bergen County election website.
