The state has just released information showing the median salary in every New Jersey school district and charter school.
WYCKOFF, NJ – Getting a six-figure salary as a teacher isn't impossible anymore. Indeed, one New Jersey school district has an annual median pay of $107,787 while 12 others earn $90,000 or more.
The state has released information that shows how much your school district, special services district, vocational district and charter school will pay teachers in the 2019-20 school year.
The information is part of the state Department of Education's Taxpayer's Guide to Education Spending that was just released, showing the median salary in every New Jersey school district and charter school.

Overall, 232 of the 649 school districts in New Jersey make more than the state median of $68,985, a 1.6% increase over last year.
