- Driver inattention has been cited as a possible cause of a fatal motorcycle crash that happened yesterday morning in Uptown Albuquerque. According to the Albuquerque Police Department, an SUV was traveling southbound on Louisiana and stopped for a red light on Louisiana. According to APD, as the light turned green "the SUV began turning right onto westbound Indian School from the center lane of Louisiana, just as a motorcycle was traveling southbound in the far-right lane." The motorcycle struck the SUV and the motorcycle went down, killing the driver of the motorcycle at the scene. Police found that the motorcycle had the right of way. (KOB)
