LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Police have arrested a second teenager in connection with the July shooting of a Long Island City man walking his dog, who died a month later.

Delante Aiken, an 18-year-old resident of the Ravenswood Houses, was arrested Wednesday on charges of murder and criminal possession of a loaded firearm, the NYPD said in a news release.

Police previously arrested a 17-year-old Ravenswood resident in connection with the July 25 shooting, accusing him and a then-unnamed accomplice of shooting at a rival gang member from Queensbridge Houses but instead hitting George Rosa, a 54-year-old man who was out walking his dog.
