Burglar Steals Electronics From Salon In Long Island City: NYPD
The thief made off with a tablet, a DVR and an iPad mini, police say.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS -- The NYPD is looking for a man who made off with a bundle of electronics from a Long Island City hair salon after sneaking in through an unlocked window, police say.
Police said the unidentified man slipped into Phoenix Hair Salon at 10-87 Jackson Ave. through a front window on Dec. 6 at around 5 a.m. Once inside, he swiped a tablet, a DVR and an iPad before fleeing, authorities said.

The NYPD released video surveillance of the suspect, who is seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black sneakers.
