Customer Pickpockets Employee At Queens Pharmacy, Police Say
The man came in asking about eye wash and left with cash from the employee's wallet, police said.

ASTORIA, QUEENS -- The NYPD is searching for a man who walked into a Queens pharmacy looking for eye wash and left with cash from an employee's wallet, police said.
The unidentified man walked into American Specialty Pharmacy on Hoyt Ave. in Astoria on Wednesday at around 4:30 p.m. and asked the employee for help finding eye wash, police told Patch. When the clerk came out from behind the counter to help him, the thief began asking about his clothes and swiftly pulled the employee's wallet from his pant pocket, authorities said.
After taking the cash, the suspect slid the wallet back into the employee's pocket and fled the store, police said. The incident was caught on surveillance footage, which the NYPD released Thursday morning.

Police said the suspect, a man standing at around 5’7” and weighing about 150 pounds, was last seen wearing all camouflage.
