Babylon Community Mourns Lifetime Lions Club Member

The Babylon community is mourning the death of a beloved lifelong West Babylon Lions Club member.

BABYLON, NY — The Babylon community is mourning the death of a dedicated family man and a lifelong West Babylon Lions Club member.

Anthony "Tony" Farrice of Oakdale died on Oct. 26. He was 75.

Farrice was an elected lifelong member and secretary of the West Babylon Lions Club, according to his obituary.

In a Facebook announcing his passing, club officials said he will "be dearly missed."

Farrice is survived by his wife of 53 years, Serafina; his three children, Lynn, Michael, and A.J.; and five grandchildren.

Wake services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 3, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Noce Funeral Home in West Babylon. A Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s RC Churn in Babylon on Monday, Nov. 4, at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment cemetery pending.
