Babylon Village Plans First-Ever St. Patricks's Winterfest
The event will take place in the village on Saturday, March 19, with family fun, music, ice sculpture and free green ice cream.
BABYLON, NY —Babylon Village is hosting a brand new event next weekend. St. Patrick's Winterfest kicks off Saturday, March 19 at noon, and runs until 5 p.m. on a closed-to-traffic Deer Park Avenue.
The event was originally planned for this Saturday but has been postponed due to a rainy forecast.
The village says the event will feature "family fun, music, ice sculpture and a scavenger hunt." Families interested in the scavenger hunt should sign up between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

A scoop of free green ice cream will be available, outside Kilwins, 130 Deer Park Ave.
