BABYLON, NY — The Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce has announced they are rescheduling their popular Chinese auction fundraiser on March 11th out of concerns for public health because of COVID-19. The new date has been set for Tuesday, April 28th. Time, place and schedule for the event will remain the same. The fundraiser sold out this year, as it has in previous years, Babylon Village Chamber President Kelly Peckholdt told Patch.

The board and event committee posted on Facebook on Tuesday that "We are keeping everyone's best interests in mind and hope that concerns have lifted by the time of our rescheduled date."

Anyone who purchased tickets but cannot make the new date is encouraged to email babylonvillagechamber1@gmail.com.
