Cops: 3 Charged in Attempted Burglary in Massapequa
The trio, which included two teenagers, threw rock through the store's window before fleeing, police said.

A man and two teenagers were charged with trying to break into a Massapequa store early Friday morning, according to Nassau County Police.
At 4:10 a.m., a witness saw the trio try to break into T-Mobile, located at 999 Carmans Road, by throwing a rock through a front window, cops said.
The three, Darryl Bogan, 25, of Amityville, Michael Meredith, 17, of Copiague, and Aron Ortiz, 16, of Copiague, fled the scene on foot, police said.

Responding officers found the trio a short distance from the scene and took them into custody, officials said.
All three were charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and possession of burglary tools. They will be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
