Firefighters Battle Vehicle Blaze In Babylon: FD

BABYLON, NY — The Babylon Fire Department was called to the scene of a vehicle engulfed by flames in Babylon early Monday morning, fire department officials told Patch.
Babylon firefighter William Sadousky told Patch that the cause of the fire is unknown.
"Quick response by our members kept it from possibly spreading to the car in front, the trees and the house," Sadousky said. "Our guys are awesome."

According to Suffolk County police, a 911 call reporting the fire came in around 3:45 a.m. There were no injuries, police said.
