LIRR Babylon Station To Undergo Repairs, Platform Closures
The Long Island Railroad's Babylon Station platforms will be partially closed while work is done for 2 months, officials say.

BABYLON VILLAGE, NY —The Babylon Village branch of the Long Island Rail Road will be experiencing partial platform closures while undergoing work, the village announced Thursday.
On Friday, Sept.13, half of the platform on the west end of Babylon Station will be closed to riders, village officials said.
Those wishing to board in the westbound direction must do so via the back six cars to enter and passengers getting off at Babylon must be in the front six cars to exit, officials said.
