Baby Ducks Rescued From Storm Drain By Suffolk Police: PD

BAY SHORE, NY — Ten ducklings that fell into a storm drain were rescued by Suffolk County Police officers, officials announced Tuesday.
Third Precinct officers came to the duckling's rescue after they got stuck in the storm drain on Mystic Circle in Bay Shore on April 13 at around 4:30 p.m., police told Patch.
The police department commended the officers for the rescue on Tuesday in a Facebook post.

"Great job to officers in the Fifth and Third Precincts for rescuing ducklings stuck in storm drains," officials wrote in the post. "These babies were reunited with their families."
