The Bay Shore School District's proposed budget of $194,639,180 with a flat tax levy passed by 613 votes yes and 201 votes no, or by 75 percent.
In the race for a Board of Educatio seat, incumbents Guy Leggio and Louis R. Bettinelli ran unopposed.
