Brightwaters Cigar Store Named 'Best Cigar Shop on Long Island'

BRIGHTWATERS, NY — Long Island cigar lovers have spoken: South Shore Cigar Club, located at 344 North Windsor Ave in Brightwaters, has been voted "Best Cigar Shop", according to the Bethpage Federal Credit Union's Best of Long Island contest.

According to its description, the shop caters to all varieties of smokers, from the person "who is new to cigars to the more seasoned" smoker.

"Most importantly, all good vibes seem to emanate when you hunker down here for a smoke," it reads. "Your pals will want to go with you next time around or you might just make it a special treat for yourself any time you need to unwind among like-minded individuals to relax, network, and get together with friends."

According to its website, South Shore Cigar Club is the result of childhood friends Evan Stogianos and Chris Carrillo, who turned their passion into a business.

This is the business' first time receiving the award.
