Crash On Sagtikos Pkwy Causes 'Serious Injuries', Closes Lane: PD
The right lane is closed southbound between Exit S3 and Exit S4, state police say.
BAY SHORE, NY — New York State police are currently investigating a crash that took place on the Sagtikos Parkway on Friday afternoon.
The crash took place in the southbound lane between Exit S3 - Pine Aire Drive (Islip) and Exit S4, and the right lane was closed as of 2:46 p.m.

"For anyone that may be traveling on the Sagtikos Parkway, there is a crash with very serious injuries on the southbound side, just north of the Southern State Parkway. Southbound lanes are going be closed shortly. Use an alternate route for the next few hours."
