Multi-Million Real Estate Brokerage 'The Agency' Coming To Bay Shore

BAY SHORE, NY — An international real estate brokerage, famously known for its connection to television show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, (RHBH) is bringing its next new office to Bay Shore.

The Agency, founded by CEO Mauricio Umansky, husband of RHBH star Kyle Richards, will open its second Long Island office at 61 West Main Street.

The company describes itself as an "agent-first, tech-driven boutique luxury global" brokerage, representing clients worldwide in a broad spectrum of classes, including residential, new development, resort real estate, luxury leasing and vacation rentals.

In May 2021, The Agency opened its first Long Island office in Huntington. The Bay Shore location will be the company's fourth site in New York, including New York City and Westchester.

"Following the successful launch of our franchise location on Long Island’s North Shore, we can’t think of a more perfect time to introduce The Agency brand to the South Shore," said Jim Ramsay, executive vice president of franchise sales at The Agency.

The brokerage has been featured on several international television shows including Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Buying Beverly Hills, debuting on Netflix this November.

It currently has more than 60 corporately-owned and franchise offices across the globe.

The Agency ranked 21st on the 2022 Real Trends 500 list, and led the top 50 firms in average sales price by sides with a $2.5 million average sales price.
